We held a quintessentially British tra
dition of afternoon tea at our cafe last Wednesday (September 26, 2018) to raise money for one of our charities of the year, Headway Somerset.
We would like to thank everyone who attended our special Afternoon Chari-Tea. It was a great success and everyone had a fantastic time.
We decorated our cafe with table cloths, flowers and vintage china to really give the English afternoon tea feel. People enjoyed tucking into a variety of sandwiches, scones and cakes and plenty of tea.
Headway Somerset provides social and cognitive rehabilitation for adults with brain injury and support and respite for their families through its four Brain Injury Centres based in Bridgwater, Henton, Yeovil & Taunton.
We are currently still counting the money raised for the charity.
