The Yuletide event will take place on Saturday, November 25 from 9am until 4pm and Sunday, November 26 from 10am until 3pm.
We normally hold an annual Tasting Day at the end of November but due to its popularity we have decided to host it over two days this year.
It is the ideal chance for customers to sample locally sourced items perfect for the festive season ahead. To add to all this, we’ll also be hosting a Craft Fayre. Local crafters will be attending to show off their handiwork and give shoppers a chance to find that extra special Christmas gift.
Items within the Craft Fayre to name but a few include jewellery, glassware, wooden gifts, decorations, greetings cards, handbags and wallets.
There will be tastings of our homemade produce including Christmas pudding, cake and mince pies and also cheeses, turkey, chutneys and stuffing.
Some of our suppliers such as Styles Ice Cream, House of Sarunds Chocolate and Confectionery, Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin, Cotleigh Brewery, Boo Cottage Soaps and Quantock Lavender will also be at the event.
Volunteers from our charities of the year, Escape Support Group and St. Margaret’s Hospice, will also be attending the weekend. They will be on hand to chat to people about what they do to help people in the local community and will also be selling raffle tickets in aid of the charities for people to win a range of goodies.
We hope lots of people pop in to sample some of our tasty festive goodies and in doing so they will be supporting local producers.
