We’re encouraging you this week to support British beef farmers like us!

You may not know but at our farm shop we have a traditional butchery counter selling our own Aberdeen Angus beef, reared just four miles away on our family farm.

Our Aberdeen Angus beef cattle spend the summer months grazing on lush green grass on the banks of the river tone. The winter months are spent housed in large, airy buildings, kept warm and comfortable in our own straw. They are fed on nutritious maize grown on the farm, topped up with our own barley and stock feed potatoes.

Our Aberdeen Angus beef livestock is carefully slaughtered locally and delivered to the shop in carcus form to ensure very low food miles. Our team of talented butchers cut and prepare the beef to sell on our butchery counter. As well as all the favourite beef joints, steaks and cuts we also make our own burgers.
