Our pork is free range and reared by James Mitchell on our family farm just four miles away. All our meat is slaughtered locally using humane methods.
As well as curing our own bacon, we make our own burgers and sausages. As well as our award-winning traditional pork sausages we also have some new varieties including pork, roast ginger and spring onion sausages, pork, hickory and chipotle sausages and chicken, lemon and tarragon sausages.
As well these tasty varieties we also offer pork and cracked black pepper, pork and apple and the hotter pork sizzler. We have something for everyone!
Our butchery counter also offers an extensive range of over the counter cuts and our Butchery Manager, Trevor Stark and his team will always be on-hand to help you find exactly what you need.
