This section of the business was started by Liz Brown, who is our Jam Kitchen Manager, in 1998.
The kitchen produces a range of 50 products including jams, chutneys and marmalades, all made using fruit and vegetables from the shop.
We have an array of tasty options from our bestselling strawberry jam to our unusual gooseberry and elderflower jam, so there is something to suit all taste buds.
Staff also make three varieties of delicious fudge, luxury matured traditional Christmas puddings and juicy brandy mincemeat.
Down the years Liz and her staff have won numerous awards for their products.
