Butchery


Our Butchery counter sells our own free range, home reared pork and Aberdeen Angus beef, which is reared on our family farm just four miles away. All our meat is slaughtered locally using humane methods. Our lamb, poultry and game is also locally produced.

As well as curing our own bacon, we make our own burgers and sausages:Sausages 2 resized

Our butchery makes our award-winning individual beef wellingtons and pork schnitzel.

We offer an extensive range of over the counter cuts and our Butchery Manager, Trevor Stark and his team will always be on-hand to help you to find exactly what you need.
