Children invited to spooky Halloween party

We’re inviting families this month to purchase their tickets for our spooky Halloween party this October (2017).

(From left to right) Head Chef at Rumwell Farm Shop’s Cafe, Sharon Ware, helps nine-year-old Oliva Doran from Fiddington with her pumpkin carving at last year’s Halloween Party.

We are hosting a variety of fun activities for youngsters on Friday, October 27 from 3.30pm until 5.30pm to celebrate Halloween.

Anne Mitchell, Joint Owner of the farm shop, said: “Our Halloween party last year was a great success. Once again children will get the chance to have their faces painted and also draw a frightening face on one of our pumpkins and our staff will help carve their designs.

“We will also host a fancy-dress competition to find the spookiest costume. We hope we get lots of scary ghosts and witches, but children can dress up as anything they like and there will be prize for the best dressed.

“The Rumwell Cafe will be serving a special spooky themed tea, which is included in the ticket price.”

Tickets, which cost £7.50 per child, are available from the cafe at Rumwell Farm Shop. Booking is essential.
