OUR TRADITIONAL BUTCHERY COUNTER

We offer a wide range of fresh meat products.  All the beef we sell is our own home reared Aberdeen Angus. For a fuller flavour it is allowed to mature for 3 weeks.  Our free-range Pork is also local with the animals reared in straw huts.   The lamb comes from Exmoor's lush green pastures and our poultry is locally reared in grassy fields.

We also stock a large range of other meat products including sausages, bacon, kidneys, liver, etc.

Whether you are cooking for your family, or to impress dinner party guests,  Ray and his team will be delighted to assist you with suggestions and help with any requests - dinner party specialities and special cuts are available to order. You will find them at the Traditional Butchery counter.
 

THE DELICATESSEN COUNTER

Next to the traditional butchery counter is our deli counter. 
Here the friendly staff will serve you with a with a wide choice of pates, cooked meats, a sumptuous array of cheeses, and freshly baked pies from our kitchen.
